I Am tom from Norton's on the move and today we're taking a look at the new cam Wi-Fi dash camera from new vending so this is a dash cameras designed to be mounted to the windshield of your vehicle and record every single time the vehicle moves we really wanted

one of these to record our experiences.

Where we've been and use it in our travel videos a lot of people also install dash cams just to record everything so that if you're in an accident or you see something that

happens on the road you have proof of what happened send a box you get the camera about a 12 foot long car charging.

Cable a suction cup mount a regular sticky mount and a USB power cable so this specific camera is a high-definition camera it can record up to 2k at 30 frames per second or 1080 at 60 frames per second this is a very lightweight camera it's designed to mount to a suction cup or a sticky mount on the windshield of the car and then it can rotate so you can easily get it pointed forward which is a great feature.

so that's how easy it is to get up and

running with this dash cam from DB power

basically take it out of the box stick

it to your windshield plug it in your

cigarette lighter and you're ready to go

let's go over some of the menu features

on this dash cam so pretty simple

interface your power button is going to

be up here so let's go into our menu and

inside there's two different menu

systems this one is basically going to

be about your picture so there's the

size you go in there you can go 1080

full HD 1080p 720p and VGA and Q VGA

really only messed around with the Full

HD because I figure go through with the

highest resolution and that's going to

give you the best picture quality the

next option is going to be your exposure

so if we go in here this is going to

give you plus or minus and zero so if

you find that the camera tends to

overexpose you can dial it down a little

bit or if it's underexposed you can go 

 

up a little bit so if we back out of

there the next option is white balance

let's go in here and you can leave it on

auto which is what I suggest or you can

manually dial it in to daylight cloudy

fluorescent and incandescent so our next

option is Andy shake go in there and you

can either have it on or off this is

gonna you know stabilize your video a

little bit loop recording is your next

option if you have an off it'll record

in one long can do this file you're

gonna have three minutes five minutes or

10 minutes

well guys and girls as you can see

everything here was included inside the

package and it's quite a lot for such a

tiny - camera I'm not sure about the

specific model of this dashcam but it's

using a nova tech chip and the specific

model of the Nova tech chip is 96 220

now as for the material that is used for

this dash camera it feels very nice it

feels very bulky and I really like that

about it here you can see the length of

the dash camera you can't rotate this

lens you can't here it has a built-in

speaker next to the lens you can see the

flashlight now I'm not sure how

effective the flashlights inside this

type of - cameras but I'm gonna try that

this is the top of the dashcam you can

notice that there is a built-in

microphone there is this button to reset
